    • Advance through the trade ranks and then complete management training.

Janica Mortcilerri

Janica is the Senior Executive Vice President of the Human Resource Dept., Mariposa Group Canada, and the most principal instructor of the Leadership and Business Management Training Program. Ms. Mortcilerri is co-author of the Mariposa corporate training booklet People Empowerment and Profitability, and plays a leading role in defining the link of success between social and business performance, and has won numerous awards, including the most significant award, the Giovanni Conti Award for Exceptional Performance.

Rebecca Mayo

Rebecca is the Executive Vice President of the Human Resource Dept., Mariposa Group in the Province of Ontario, and a principal instructor of the Leadership and Business Management Training Program. Ms. Mayo is a Distinguished Educator and Senior Lecturer of Business Administration and Business Management. Ms. Mayo served as director of the Mariposa’s Business Leadership Initiative for 16 years and was previously a decorative designer.
